Making Internet Accessible

Our Internet Assistance Program (IAP) was created to provide affordable broadband Internet service and the access it provides to jobs, healthcare, and educational resources. IAP provides qualifying community members with a 25 Mbps Internet connection, including equipment and free installation or a 100 Mbps Internet package, including equipment, free installation and Smart WiFi.

IAP Requirements

Families or individuals may be eligible to participate:

  • Must live in an 草莓视频在线播放 Broadband service area
  • Have no outstanding debt with 草莓视频在线播放 Broadband
  • Except when qualifying through a child or dependent in the household, the program applicant's name must match the 草莓视频在线播放 Broadband account holder's name.
  • Cannot combine with any other discounts/programs

Speeds may vary depending on your location:

  • Choose between two different packages
  • Non-fiber areas will have standard broadband
  • Upgrade to fiber at no additional cost in Flight Fiber Areas

How do I qualify?

To qualify you must fit into one of the following categories and provide documentation dated within the past 60 days:

  • SNAP
  • TANF
  • SSI
  • NSLP/Head Start
  • LIHEAP
  • WIC
  • Federal Pell Grant
  • VA Pension
  • Tribal Assistance
